Step Up for Down Syndrome
Step Up for Down Syndrome is the largest celebration of Down syndrome in the region. Donations from this event provide vital and life-changing programming to over 2,200 individuals with Down syndrome and their families! Participants start a team, raise money, and earn amazing prizes like tickets to see the St. Louis Cardinals!
Trivia Night
Test your knowledge during 10 challenging rounds of Trivia while enjoying games, food, and drinks! Making a difference is rarely this much fun!
Social Activities
This social group is for teens and adults of all abilities. They provide an opportunity for individuals with Down syndrome to socialize with typical peers, fostering inclusion, acceptance, and understanding.
Run for 21
Choose from a 3.21 mile race (a 5k, plus a little extra). Then join us for our largest event of the year, Step Up for Down Syndrome!

Birdies & Bass Golf
Our Birdies & Bass tournament is our signature golf event that includes a fishing derby in the morning, followed by a beautiful day of golf, and an evening of great food & drinks and exciting auction.
