Come join our therapeutic play group for children with Ds ages 3-5 years old where we build our gross motor skills with activities from the Special Olympics Young Athletes program, sing with Midwest Music Therapy, and, connect with other children with Ds and their caregivers. Fall 2026 sessions will be held September through November on the FIRST Thursday of the month from 5:30pm-7pm.

Let’s Talk is a social program for adults ages 16+ on Zoom, designed to bring people together for meaningful conversation, connection, and fun.
This guided discussion group encourages participants to chat about anything and everything in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Through conversation, participants strengthen important communication skills such as turn-taking, active listening, self-expression, and building confidence while creating friendships along the way.
