This special design features artwork created by GDSA community members, highlighting their unique gifts, talents, and creativity. The result is more than just a beautifully crafted can. Hi! I’m Cricket. I’m 14 and I love to play violin. I also love swimming and dancing and playing with my baby dolls. I enjoy painting and coloring. I get excited when my brothers are home from college so I can jump on the trampoline and go in the hot tub. We watch movies and have pop-corn and ice cream. My dog Moose is my best friend. My favorite GDSA event is Walk in the Ballpark because I love baseball, especially Yadi! I also loved fishing with my Daddy at the Birdie’s & Bass Golf tournament.

Hi I’m Kaitlyn and I’m 32 years old. I love making crafts and doing paint by number, playing pickleball and baseball, bowling with friends, fitness, volunteering, and piano. I’m also a 4th degree black belt in taekwondo and I take Irish dance classes. Karaoke, dancing, and cooking are also some of my favorite things to do. I love everything at the Gateway DSA including Life Long Learning, Fusion Friday, Let’s Talk, Improv, bingo, Rock 21, and interviewing people for The Scoop. I really do love it all. I wish I could be there every day.

Hello, I’m Megan and I’m 34 year old. I love to play baseball. I have been playing on a team called the Tigers for 18 years. I also bowl on a team called the Pin Pals. I am a ballet dancer and have been dancing since I was four years old.
My favorite programs at the GDSA are Fusion Friday, Helping Hands and Bingo. I love musicals and have performed in many shows. I also love to attend musicals and never miss a performance at the Muny. But my favorite thing to do is be with my family. We like to watch movies and play games and eat good food and just hang out.

Hello I’m Paige and I’m 34 years old. I enjoy many activities at the GDSA. I participate in Fusion Friday, Rock21, Improv, Bingo & I volunteer with Helping Hands. I’m also involved in Gardening & Art classes at the YMCA. I’ve been involved with Special Olympics for many years including Bowling, Pickleball & Bocce Ball.

I love to laugh and have fun, hang out with my friends, and I like to bowl.
